• Parent’s photograph (1 each)
• Birth Certificate of the child
• Transfer Certificate (from Class II onwards duly attested by CBSE)
• Previous School Report Card (Class IV onwards)
• CBSE Registration No. in previous school (For Classes IX – XII)
